Large 8vo; xxviii, 76pp, folding map. Cloth with dustwrapper (closed tear leaving a crease at foot of front panel, head and tail of spine slightly rubbed, now in protective sleeve). A very good clean copy. ***Account of an 1887 walk by lawyer/historian J.B. Walker, surveyor Sprent and others along the Linda Track to Mt Lyell, and thence to Macquarie Harbour and northwards to near Waratah. With colour and black & white illustrations by W.C. Piguenit. Published to mark the 150th anniversary of the Royal Society. .
