The Bobbs-Merrill Company, 1969. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. First printing stated, no date on title page. Full blue cloth binding with purple & gilt decoration and lettering to spine, 10-1/4" tall, 266 pp., color and b/w photography. Mild discoloration to page edges, previous owner has made their own index of desserts to rear endpaper (in pencil); dust jacket chipped at head of spine removing some letters from authors' names, foxing and small stain to rear panel, DJ price intact to front flap. The Waldorf-Astoria is famous for many reasons, not least for its fine food.
