Binding of black half cloth with gilt titles, tan boards is very clean and completely unmarked, slight wear to spine heel. Small pale blue rem mk on bottom edge of page block. Internals are also very clean and free from any markings, no creases, not toned. Glossy clean and unmarked jacket has slight wear to spine head and heel. Inspector Luke Thanet of the Sturrenden CID discovers that the elderly mother of Member of Parliament Hugo Fairleigh did not die a natural death during the annual village fete. Is the murderer close to home?
