Hard cover published by Random House in 1966. No dust jacket. Has a protective mylar cover and comes in a slipcase. Red covers with gilt lettering on front and spine. Spine is loose from binding at top. Edition page is lightly tanned from where 2 newspaper articles were left. Both articles are included and are about the author's death. Book is in very good condition. Slipcase has slight scuffing, some wear and splitting of fabric at one corner, and is in good condition. 8vo, 466 pages, 2.1 lb.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 466 pages; Signed by Author .
