Tooled spine with raised bands and gilt title label. Frontispiece plus 22 maps/plans and 14 other copper-plates -- a total of 37 plates (several of which are folding). No half-title. ii[blank]xii,344pp. Edges toned and slightly cockled; varied staining and foxing to text and plates; some offsetting from plates. A little worming in bottom margin mild scattered foxing internally. Otherwise clean, tight and unmarked. Very neat -- a sound and handsome copy. .
