New York: The Macmillan Company, 1952. First American Edition. Very Good/Very Good. First American edition, first printing. Bound in publisher's original pale green cloth stamped in dark blue. Very Good with fading to the spine and darkening to the gutters, corners bumped, pages lightly toned. Ina Very Good dust jacket with the top front flap corner clipped but price present on the bottom corner, sunning to spine, toning, light edge wear and a vertical crease to the rear flap. The third book in Lewis' Narnia series.

Synopsis

The Voyage of the Dawn Treader  opens with: "There was a boy called Eustace Clarence Scrubb, and he almost deserved it." Lucy and Edmond are visiting with their bratty cousin Eustace when they all fall into a painting of a ship on the sea.  They find themselves reunited with Prince Caspian and have an amazing adventure through the seas of Narnia.
