Forewords (one each Gruchow and Brandenburg), acknowledgements, Peterson's intro, b&w photos/essays organized by season, beginning w/Winter; map/list of locations, index of authors. Condition notes: a lovely clean copy marred only by a slight bowing to the oblong boards; otherwise, clean, tight, square, bright. Light wear and several small and not very noticeable edge folds and scratches to dj. If you can live with the slight board bow, gift appropriate. Quite a nice collection by a diverse set of Minnesotans, with matching b&w photos. We personally inspect every book we offer.

About Furrowed Brow Books

Furrowed Brow Books was established in 2020. The bookstore's owner, Paul Purman, grew up in an old farmhouse full of books. Paul had been providing online booksales since 2008 through several popular online sales venues. In 2021 Paul was accepted as a member of the Independent Online Booksellers' Association (IOBA), and graduated from the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar (CABS-Minnesota).

Furrowed Brow Books' goal is to offer an eclectic selection, while providing specialty offerings in Eastern Orthodoxy and Byzantine civilization, theology, Christian mysticism, science fiction/fantasy (Inklings emphasis), and military history.

We're happy to discuss making an offer on a collection in one of our specialty areas.
