New York: Barlenmir House, 1972. Unpaginated. 13.5 x 14 cm. Black cloth covered boards with gold titling to spine, in dustjacket. Considerable rubbing and wear to jacket, with some splash marks to front panel. Spine of jacket missing, with inside flap separated from from front panel. Chipping to extremities, especially the rear panel of the jacket. Jacket is now protected in a mylar cover. Signed in red felt-tip pen by Packard to "Ken", and dated "Jan / 1974" on front free endpaper. One page has been torn, leaving a stub that amounts to just under 1/3 of the page. Interior otherwise clean and intact. . Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Fair. Illus. by Steffan.
