Prize plate stuck to front pastedown. Black and white illustrated frontispiece. Binding is shaky, title page detached but still present. Moderate tanning and light foxing to pages throughout. Water staining and tears to some pages, repaired with tape to last few pages, text remains readable. Previous owner's inscriptions to endpapers. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Wear marks overall.
