Paul Dorpat and Tom Robbins along with the late Walt Crowley were all part of the Seattle hippie days and the three of them co-founded the Helix, one of the first and best "underground newspapers" of the late 60s. Over the years Paul emerged as the premier historian of the city of Seattle, most notably as a photo archivist. Robbins has signed a gazillion books over the years but only a handful turn-up inscribed to dear friends. ; 6 " X 8 1/2"; 241 pages .
Synopsis
Bantam Doubleday Dell (US) and Random House (Australia) published Villa Incognito in April and June 2003, respectively. One of the most quoted lines from the book is the very first, setting the tone for this Tom Robbins adventure: "It has been reported that Tanuki fell from the sky using his scrotum as a parachute."
