From the collection of Wayne Prescott Suttles, renowned anthropologist, scholar, and linguist regarding many Pacific cultures, and especially the U.S. Pacific Northwest Coast Salish people. Provenance for Suttles provided upon request. Also owned by Lois Carol Smith, her charming decorative bookplate to the ep, gift inscription to her in Greek to the ffep. Condition notes: 450 numbered pp; HB. Pages: clean, ivory, tight; a.e. well tanned, front hinge cracked. Cover: red, brown device and titles front, gilt titles spine; moderate shelfwear, extrems somewhat worn w/ tiny tears head/tail, spine slightly sunned.
