This hard bound book is in very good condition. the author"s signature appears on the title page. All pages are clean and free of marks. The binding is tight and all pages are intact. The boards are clean and neat. The spine is clean and net. there is a crease near the bottom of the spine. The front of the dust jacket is clean. The back of the dust jacket has a six inch tear on the left side and a four inch tear on the right side.
