The text is illustrated with black-and-white photographs throughout. Photographic / illustrated paperback binding with black coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Quoting from the rear panel blurb " ... Nigel Rees has assembled an all-embracing collection of some five hundred show business catchphrases, many of which have passed into the language, ranging from those which originated in music-all to those still on the lips of the radio and television stars of today." Minor creasing of the book corners with reading creases of the back strip. Rubbing of the book edges and panels and there is sunning of the back strip. Age toning of the text block edges. Between pages 96 to 128 the text block has become a little extra brown including the pages. Some fine spotting to the top text edge. Size: 12 mo (standard paperback). 160 pages,.
