San Francisco: [Grabhorn Press,] 1935 One of only fifty copies . OCLC notes twenty copies libraries. This is one of the scarcest Grabhorn Press books on the market. Decorated blue boards with white spine lettered in red. . Small folio. Title page in black and red. Some light soiling to boards and spine. Offsetting to front flyleaf from front pastedown and from end pastedown to terminal blank. Inscribed by the author in ink on front pastedown: "For Mr. Leon Gelber / Dear Mr. Gelber: / Bob and Jane / Grabhorn told me that you would / like a copy of the little book / of verses. So, here it is. / With sincere regards, / T.J. Powers / San Francisco, Calif. / February 3d, 1936. A very good copy. Thomas J. Powers (1875-1940) was also the author of the novel In the Garden of the Sun (1911).

Our office is located in Los Angeles on West Third Street, between the Beverly Center and Farmer's Market. Though we gave up an open shop after more than thirty years, we welcome serious customers and dealers. We are normally open from 10 to 6 Monday through Saturday. Since some of our less expensive books are located in a temperature-controlled storage area offsite, you may want to call ahead of time to insure that the book you want to see will be available. We feature a stock strong in literature, history, Western philosophy, women's studies, education, history of science and fine printing and artists' books. We are members of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers. We have books from the 15th to the 20th century in all prices ranges.
