Not stated but first volume (of 2) mainly devoted to economic issues and government policy. Adam Heinrich Müller (30 June 1779 – 17 January 1829) was a German publicist, literary critic, political economist, theorist of the state and forerunner of economic romanticism. Some institutional stamping and dealer penciling, but overall very good condition in later binding. NOT EX-LIBRARY.
