Published September 1923 stated on copyright page. xvii, [3], 356pp. Frontis & 16 other plate, in addition to many illustrations in text. Grey paper over black cloth, gilt vertical stripe separating them near spine gutter, gilt spine text. Deckled page edges. Small bookseller's stamp on front end page (Chas. E. Lauriat Co. of Boston). Binding is tight, sturdy and square. Light shelfwear to boards, mainly at corners, gilt spine text remains bright. Light foxing to top edge of text block. Text is very good throughout, some foxing to interior pages. Moderate amount of shelfwear to dust jacket, a few small chips around edges, top corner of inner flap torn. DJ protected in Mylar wraps. From a private collection. Ships from Dinkytown in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
