London: Hutchinson of London, (1961). First edition. INSCRIBED TO HIS STEP-DAUGHTER on title page, "For Diana and Went / With love from Dennis." Diana Younger was Dennis's stepdaughter and they remained close all his life. She illustrated the dust jacket for his 1938 book, THE GOLDEN SPANIARD and endpapers for several others. Near fine in very good to near fine dust jacket with touch of edge creasing and rubbed nicks to spine ends and corners. INSCRIBED TO HIS STEPDAUGHTER
