About This Item
New York: Van Norstrand Reinhold, 1980. First Edition - First Printing . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Over 400 recipes, each one a reflection of the author's epicurean approach to vegetarian food. CONTENTS: See accompanying scan image of the Table of Contents. 224 lavishly illustrated pages. CONDITION: The book itself is bright, tight, and unmarked (no evidence of use in a kitchen), with minimal shelf-wear, compromised only by a little strip of white speckling on the bottom edge of the back cover. Its dustjacket - now in a clear mylar (removable) protective cover - is complete (not price-clipped), ummarked, and uncreased, with a bit of scuffing on the covers. NOTE: Because of this score's substantial weight (ca. 3 pounds securely packed), an ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE must be assessed (not to exceed the actual shipping cost) if shipping domestic (USA) Priority or Internationally. ***No extra charge for domestic Media Mail, however.
