Historical account of the development of West Hartford along with a more gossipy account of the Vanderbilt family and the huge mansion they built at West Hill. Privately published and distributed, essentially a photocopy with a fused plastic binding, 29 pages printed on one side only, including a plot plan, list of biographical sources and a few black and white illustrations. Very good condition with light edge rubbing and a name written at the bottom of the front cover, no other names or markings.. Signed by the Author. First Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
