Hardcover.1943 first UK Edition. Red cloth covered boards, bottom corners frayed, spine bumped and worn to creases and edges no dust Jacket. Foxed and tanned paste down pages and the page edges are dusty and marked. Numerous detailed B&W and colour illustrations paper full page illustrations to front and rear. Bookplate stuck down on top of a Book Token with the inscription.
