Hardback, bound in red cloth with printed black titling to the spine and upper board. 19 × 12.5cm, 327pp. A Lost Civilization novel. A lost race descended from Alexandrian Greeks dwell in a hidden valley of the Himalayas, and they have special powers... Condition: A good reading copy. The red cloth is dulled and a bit grubby, the pages slightly tanned but the inner binding secure and in strong readable condition.

London: Duckworth & Co., 1923. First Edition . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. The spine strip is badly faded, causing title to be illegible; the tail and head of spine are slightly frayed; the edges chipped. There's the shadow of a cup on the front board and minor staining on inside back cover; the front paste down has a heavy pencil squiggle with a thin red line running across it, and the back one is damage in two spots where the paper is torn. The front paste down and the front end paper both have a horizontal crease running along the middle which goes through to the title page, but with diminishing severity. There is also another short, thin red line across the original price - 2/6. There's an ownership signature on the title page.The the back hinge is exposed at head though the binding is still solid; mild foxing throughout.
