Well-illustrated volume of New York City history, including numerous color plates, including one (of two - one is missing) folding plates, plus black and white plates. Light blue cloth with dark blue lettering and decoration, 271 pages. Spine faded, some spotting to front cover, typical edgewear, good hinges, sound text block, the second foldout absent, first foldout with some minor closed tears along fold lines, clean pages, no names or other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
