Philadelphia: Lippincott, 1963. A first edition, third impression of the author's first book, bound in purple cloth, stamped in silver. One tape ghost to each panel. In purple and yellow third printing dust jacket that is still priced at $5.95. The dust jacket show well in mylar (and a slight 1/2" shadow to bottom of spine). Endpapers professionally restored. Despite all of this restoration on an ex-lib book -- Overall, the book shows well and is priced reasonably -- let's call this a place-saving copy? 492 pp.. First Edition / Third Impression. Hard Cover. Very Good +/Very Good +.
