[New York: Combustion Engineering Company, Inc.], 1940. 12mo.; plain, stapled wrappers, 12 pp. Distributed to all employees of the Combustion Engineering Co. during WWII due to the company's contracts with the federal government. Employees were requested to read the Espionage Act and then to sign, detach, and return to the Office Manager a certificate in rear. While we're happy that the employee who owned our copy followed procedure and dutifully submitted the appropriate certificate, we're sad to see the perforated edge in rear where the certificate was once attached. No record for this title in OCLC; a scarce little booket. Some light wear to wrappers with a few errant pencil marks to rear wrapper.
