Facsimile Reprint of Volume 2 of the original 3 volume set of the United States Military magazine by William Huddy and lithographer Peter Duval. Attempts to capture the grandeur of the lithographs which made the original publication famous, 25 primarily color reproductions are included. Imagery of United States military dress and its naval emphasis, covers The Battle of Bunker Hill, The Battle of New Orleans, Battle of Lake Erie and many more from both the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812. Book Condition : Near Fine; no text marks; a few small stains to top text block. Dust Jacket Condition : Good; stain spots on read DJ; shelf wear to edges. .
