Qunicy is a small community in south central Plumas County, CA. Located just outside the Feather River Canyon Quincy serves as the county seat. The United Methodist Church has served the community since 1854. The "little white church" was almost destroyed by a fire in 1984, this fundraiser cookbook is dedicated to those within the church body and community at large who helped rebuild it.
