London: Royal Collection Publications. Very Good- with no dust jacket. 2005. First Paperback Edition. Paperback. 1902163869 . Laminated pictorial card covers. No Dustjacket, presumed as issued. There are very minor surface scratches to the covers - which can only really be seen by holding the book up to the light, and the tips of the corners and some edges of the covers are lightly 'rubbed', otherwise there are NO Inscriptions or other Marks. HOWEVER the inside of the book, which is Immaculate, APART from a page near the end, which has some surface loss to a few words of text in the Glossary - whether this was caused during the printing or later I don't know. The book is now in a clear protective - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks Near Fine. 191 pp. Copyright @ 2005. Text (edited by Jane Roberts). 190 illustrations. 172 in colour. Illustrated throughout. Glossary; Further reading. Overall, apart form the minor flaws, as noted above, this is an Excellent, Very Clean, Tight and Bright Very Good copy. "This book is illustrated throughout with new and specially commissioned photography of the royal fans, along with background essays on the history of fans and a glossary of specialist terms." ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
