New York: Little, Brown & Co., 1929. First Edition. Decorative Cloth. Fine/Good. Hardcover/ DJ (has price $2.50); Fine/ Fair condition. First (U.S.) Edition, 1st printing- copyright page states ""Published September, 1929"", no note of further printings; same year on title page. DJ Fair- would be Good+, except back panel has totally & cleanly separated from spine. DJ glossy w/ light rubbing & soil, some edge wear (incl. sm chips & closed tears). Colorful, ""Art Deco"" scene on front & spine panel of DJ still displays very well. Pink cloth binding w/ black & gold decoration is Fine; tight, square & clean w/ minimal edge wear. NO bumps, frays, sun, etc.- shows extremely well. Text is tight, clean, unmarked, w/ hint of toning. NO hinge splits, NOT ex library. Well preserved copy.
