Half red morocco over marbled boards with four raised bands and gilt titles and detailing to the spine, marbled end-papers. Condition good, ex-library, the Bibliotheque Guille-Alles in Guernsey with their labels to the spine rear cover and front paste-down, number in pencil to upper outer corner of title page, stamp to half-title, no other markings. Nearly 1 inch of the leather missing from the head of the spine, chipped at the base of the spine, corners edges and hinges rubbed, some light foxing throughout the book. Classification Dewey : 944-Histoire de France varia. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
