New York: Boni and Liveright, 1926. This is #125 of a Limited Edition of 1,250 copies signed by George Moore on the limitation page (his signature only, NOT personalized to anyone). Near Fine condition. The dust jacket is only Good, with darkening to the spine and some tape reinforcements on the reverse side. Protected by a removable Brodart clear plastic sleeve. Clean, square, tight, and unmarked. No owner's name or bookplate. Pages are fresh and crisp, apparently never read. Illustrated with a handsome, tissue-guarded engraving of a fountain in the moonlight. Bound in the original blue-paper covered boards and cream parchment spine. Gilcher A51-2a.. Signed by the Author (his signature only). First American Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine condition/Good dust jacket. 8vo. (vii), 235pp.
