This copy is one of (reportedly) "handful" of Advance/review copies, we are unable to ascertain the exact number bound in this format. In gray paper wraps, with the PKD signature printed to the front cover. Some of these ARCs were issued with a hardcover jacket, some were hand marked as "For Review" this copy has neither of these attributes. Four color plates by Doug Rice on glossy paper tipped in to blank pages. A number of B&W interior illustrations by Ron Lindahn and Val Lakey Lindahn.
