1913. Very Good. One page. Note-sized letterhead stationery of The Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institute. 20cm. 1 faint horizontal fold. Typed in purple ink. BTW writes to accept membership on the Commission on Peace and Arbitration under the auspices of the Federal Council of Churches of Christ in America. Lynch had worked closely with Andrew Carnegie in the New York Peace Society when Carnegie served as its president.
