" Dear Mr. Tulin, In reply to your letter of the 23rd. It is our hope that the papers delivered at the symposium meeting in Temple Emanu-El will be published in book form. Unhappily, the only copy available for distribution now is that of Rabbi Silver. And even of this paper I have only a few copies. Accordingly I am send you only two copies. These are being sent under separate cover. And now a more personal note. I wonder if you recall that many years ago I was one of a group who met two or three times in your office with the ambitious and somewhat quixotic plan of reorganising the Z.O.A. Among those who participated were bob Szold, Aaron Horwitz, Stephen Wise; and from Boston Judge Wyner, Rabbi Shubow and myself. There half a dozen others but I do not recall who they were.
