Longmans, 1956. Hardcover. Acceptable/Acceptable. 1956. No Edition Remarks. 128 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over green cloth. Ex-Libris plate stuck to front pastedown. Black and white photographic plates throughout. Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages and plates have light tanning and foxing throughout. Previous owner's inscriptions to front free endpaper. Water staining to some pages, text remains unaffected. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Staining to rear board and front board edge. Unclipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears, and creasing. Light tanning and water staining to spine and edges. Pen mark to front panel.
