Covers a little rubbed at spine tips and corners, with laminate just beginning to peel at edge and corners of upper cover creased at tips. Contents clean and crisp with no annotation or inscriptions. A Very Good copy. Scarce brochure on the changing role of the river Tyne, its drawbacks and assets and suggestions for the post-industrial future, with comparisons to waterside developments in Europe.
