New York: E.P. Dutton & Company, 1961. Hardcover. 8vo. Beige paper over boards with brown spine lettering, pictorial dust jacket. 189pp. Near fine/very good. Jacket lightly edgeworn and a tad rubbed. Quite tight and nice first edition -- with choice and relevant autograph addition: Tipped neatly to front flyleaf is heavy stock 5" X 3" card boldly signature in blue fineline (and dated 6 March 1983) by actress Dina Merrill, who co-starred as "Nicki Kovacs" together with David Jansen and Jeanne Crain in the film noir version titled "It Started in Tokyo." Fine. Original signature transmittal envelope laid in. Dina Merrill (1923-2017) was an actress, heiress, socialite, philanthropist and businesswoman marketed as "Hollywood's new Grace Kelly" and popular throughout the 1950s and '60s. Unusual copy of an uncommon title!
