(ii), 320, (2) pp. Twelve full-page black & white illustrations, two of which are double-page, together with eight maps and additional in-text illustrations and glossary. Slipcase is still in one piece. VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD (slipcase).. Former owner's bookplate on ffep, front hinge just starting, rear cover and spine slightly rubbed, one corner bumped, else VG. B&W Illustrations. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. (ii), 320, (2) pp .
