Norwalk, Conn.: The Easton Press, 1996. Collector's Edition. Fine in dark blue leather covered boards with six raised bands on the spine with gilt tool work and gilt text in the compartments with gilt borders and tool work on the boards. The end sheets are silk and there is a matching silk placement ribbon sewn-in at the head of the spine. All edges of the text block are gilt. A small quarto measuring 9 7/8" by 6 3/4" containing 216 pages of text with the original publisher's shrink wrap still surrounding this copy. One of the volumes in the Easton Press Library of Fly-Fishing Classics. Illustrated by Milton C. Weiler. A title which is no longer printed and sold by The Easton Press. With the shrink wrap still in place there is no opportunity for a prior owner to add a book plate, names, dates or notations.
