Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1952. First edition. " A limited edition. Not for sale" and first print appearance of this play. THE TROJAN HORSE was first presented by the BBC and was later included in MacLeish's COLLECTED POEMS: 1917-1952 (for which he won the National Book Award for poetry in 1953). Glue residue to verso of dust jacket flaps and inside of covers (apparently typical) and to top edge of frontis picture and corresponding area of title page, otherwise bright and fine stapled paperwraps and very slightly soiled dust jacket.
