Light crease on rear cover. Flat-signed by author. Apparent production error, by retailer with blue "Autographed Giovanni's Room" sticker affixed to front cover, and a price sticker for Giovanni's Room on rear cover. Afterword was added after the 2005 hardcover edition was published by Beacon. A memoir by a Catholic man about his seduction as a youth by a seminarian working as a camp counselor in Colorado. This began a 3 year, and a nightmare that haunted Moran well into his adulthood..

Martin Moran grew up in Denver and attended Stanford University and the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. He lives in New York City, where he makes his living as an actor and writer. He has appeared in many Broadway and Off-Broadway plays, including Titanic , Cabaret , Bells Are Ringing , Floyd Collins and The Cider House Rules . He won a 2004 Obie Award for his one-man play, The Tricky Part , which he continues to perform all over the country.
