Poestenkill, NY: Kaldewey Press, 1988. Kaldewey, Gunnar. Folio. (7)ff. One of forty copies, signed by the printer/illustrator, Gunnar Kaldewey. Illustrated with seventeen linecut monoprints, appearing as rubbings or mottled silhouettes of leaves, buds, and tree branches, and printed over hand-colored backgrounds of blue and green on the volume's seven sheets of heavily textured brown Japanese paper. Folded in thirds and bound with a Brazilian rosewood spine. Housed in a wooden box with printed illustration on lid and wrapped in two linen ties. Very fine. (von Lucius, pp. 70-73).
