About This Item
New York: Simon & Schuster - A Fireside Book, 1946. Hard Back. Very Good/No Jacket. 9" X 12. George Mead Covers. 403 pages of Don Giovanni, Lohengrin, La Traviata, Faust, Aida, Carmen, and Pagliacci. Slipcase has the same cover as the book. The book has a wraparound stiff cover. Stories, history and music. This is a very nice well cared for book. There are no marks, stains, tears and very little wear on edges. About the only book defect is the spine is a little concave from opening. The slipcase shows signs of wear with the bottom edge on the illustrated side seperated from the end. The rest of the book is complete. The art work on the front is complete and the sides and the back are in good shape.Very attractive covers with various opera scenes.
