First Edition, good + hardcover shows cracking at front hinge, a gift inscription at front blank, touch of soil at page edges, wear along fron hinge with light bit of tearing and some other light shelf and trace wear, in very good price-clipped dust jacket that shows a touch of soil alomng with some light edge and trace wear. 544 pages with end paper maps. Still an attractive copy of this "..novel of 1849 and the rush to the gold fields" that won the Pulitzer Prize.

The Travels of Jaimie McPheeters is a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel written by Robert Lewis Taylor, which was later made into a short-running television series on ABC from September 1963 through March 1964, featuring Kurt Russell as Jaimie.
