New York, Evanston and London: Harper and Row, Publishers, 1962. Early Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. Signed by William Stafford on the front endpaper and dated 5/6/68. The previous owner has written her name below Stafford's signature. Not a first but an early printing probably third printing according to Pirie A4a. Interesting note in the margins on page 27 and another on a blank rear endpaper by former owner. No Book Award sticker on the jacket, price on dj flap $3.50.
