Old stain to top of rear board and spine and corner of front board, affecting verso of jacket as well, slight dampstaining to top edge of last twenty leaves. Introduction by Jean Clair. Avant-propos by John Russell. Translated by Pierre Leyris. A collection of drawings by the master photographer. Inscribed by Cartier-Bresson to John Russell and his wife, "avec autant de reconnaissance que d'affection." A nice association copy.
