Dust jacket in protective cover but has file # taped on bottom of spine. School stamp on title page, "Discard" written in ink on second title page. Back page removed (probably pocket page). 90 indexed pages, illustrated with high quality black and white photos. Appropriate reading level for intermediate school and up. "tugboats are the sturdy and powerful working craft of our harbors and inland waterways. Wherever huge passenger liners must be docked, barges hauled, cargo ships aided, or derelicts rescued, the tugs go into action" 1.9
