Neat, clean, well bound pages with very minimal foxing, tanning and thumbing. Small inscriptions and neat labels may be present. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking.

First edition hard back binding in publisher's original royal blue cloth covers, gilt title and author lettering to the spine. 8vo. 9'' x 6''. Contains [vii] 166 printed pages of text. Sun fading to the bottom of the spine where a piece of the dust wrapper is missing, corners slightly crushed, without any ownership markings. Very Good condition book, in Very Good condition dust wrapper with 20 mm piece missing to the bottom of the spine and two tears to the top of the front panel, not price clipped 9/6. Dust wrapper supplied in archive acetate film protection, this protects and prolongs the life of the paper, it is not adhered to the book or to the dust wrapper. Member of the P.B.F.A.
