UK: Blackwood, 1882. 27 engraved plates with tissue guard, and fold-out map at rear, brown cloth with black decorations of urn and frieze, title on spine has lost its colour, cloth is worn and marked, spine ends rubbed and frayed, corners pushed and worn, rough cut edges foxed and dusty, pastedowns and endpapers severely browned, only a little browning to frontispiece, other plates and tissue guards in very good condition, some stains to page edges throughout, but generally very good, some straining to stitching, but binding secure, map at rear is foxed and browned (affecting final page), with a repaired tear, but is predominantly still legible.. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. Illus. by Lord Windsor.
