About This Item

(Buffalo NY): (Published by Harvey L. Watkins / Courier Company), 1897. Softcover. Very Good. First and only edition. A "shape book": string tied in elephant head-shaped wrappers. 123pp, 88pp ads, (2pp index). Small chip, and slight erosion on the front wrapper, tiny and insignificant stain on the very edge of a couple of pages, a very good or better copy of a very fragile book. Wonderful tour book of the circus' circuit in 1897 with portraits of some of the acts, executives, personnel, etc., and with extensive statistics. Rare. Not in *OCLC*.
