London: C.W. Daniel, 1920. First Edition. Small Octavo. A near fine, unopened copy bound in orange paper covered boards, blue paper labels printed in dark blue to spine and upper board. A very scarce work in its original dust jacket showing very minute wear to upper edges and one tiny closed edge tear. Very nice.
